Jones Old Fashioned Sausage is an owner operated restaurant located in Texas.  It was an absolutely delight working with Patricia on the launch of their second location.  On opening night, they had over 200 people!

 

Patricia reached out to us for help on layout planning and product selection.  She wanted to comfortably seat a certain number of people while ensuring the pieces had the right look for the brand.  That's where Oak Street came in.  We knew that across booths, tables, and chairs, we could create a the desired ranch-style look with Oak Street's product lineup.  Patricia provided us with the measurements for her space and we entered into the layout planning phase.  Patricia decided on Shepard Style booths with matching ladder back chairs in a dark walnut stain.  For table tops, we opted for Oak Street's Woodland series in a variety of sizes ranging from 30" x 60" for the largest booths down to 24" x 30" tops for 2-seaters.

 

All of Patricia's products were made to order in the USA.  When it came time to ship, construction had been delayed and Patricia did not have anywhere to store the furniture.  As a remedy to the situation, we provided temporary storage for Patricia until they were ready for installation.  It was exciting to see the project come to completion and Patricia was very pleased with her experience.
